01. Project
UX UI Design / Art Direction
ProGBat, a leader in construction project management, called on me to redesign their SaaS software. In collaboration with the dev team, I took charge of UX research and lead design on the project.
Objectives
Redesign the entire solution to make it more intuitive, more modern, easier to use, while increasing the number of features available. With this redesign, the ultimate goal is to allow ProGBat to become the market leader again.
Restrictions
Adapt to technical development constraints, the team of 5 people already in place and the very tight schedule of the project.

02. Process
Objective : improve UX without losing current users.
ProGBat users are very diverse and not all very comfortable with digital. It was therefore necessary to understand their expectations and needs before reworking the overall interface.
After a UX audit, several UX interviews and the constitution of a small group of « testers », the strengths and weaknesses of the software were identified. From there, the work of redesigning the interface (wireframes) could begin. While keeping in mind the teaching of the previous steps (do not reinvent everything, keep the identity and strengths of the current software, integrate the new features requested by users…).
Workshops & interviews
The first step was to understand the expectations of users. For this, I realized various co-design workshops + UX interviews with several volunteers.
UX Research
Once the needs were defined, I worked on wireframes to optimize the user journey and integrate new features into the interface.
Design & Branding
To finish, it was necessary to create a striking and modern design that is pleasant and that allows ProGBat to stand out from its competitors.

03. Results
After several months of work, the result is there and users are delighted.
The new features, the neat design and the 100% responsive version please. Subscriptions are growing very significantly and the feedback is very positive.
